My favorite necklace which allows any pendant to rest right in the hollow between my collar bones is 13.5".
There are a surprising number of bird boned people out there.
And bird brained.

Um hee hee! *hides*

My favorite ankle bracelet is 11" long. O_o 2.5" extender chain and you'd wear it around your neck.

Myself, I have to have 18" for things to rest in my throat hollow. I can wear things that are 17.5", but it's the shortest I can wear.

100 lbs. ago, things needed to be at least 20-21" long for comfortable wear, and 19" was the minimum.

I find it weird to think of all you tiny little people. :p

That's about the same length for me - 13 inches is about perfect for me, actually. I get annoyed because necklaces are too long usually.

Tiny little people. It's a conspiracy, I tell you!

I was born to two people of decent height. I myself am 5'10". I'm built like my father - basically, I'm a linebacker with breasts. No-one in my family is anything considered close to petite.

I never grew up with smaller people, or had any as friends. To be honest, delicate people kind of scare me, because they seem so fragile - I am always afraid i'll be clumsy and break them.

Small people like small dogs are usually feirce though.
They have to be so people don't walk on them.

You sort of know some tiny people - at least online.
Hee hee!!
One day you’ll walk the world
and keep in mind
The heart you’ve been given
in winter time
And through the bitter cold,
with opened eyes
You’ll find the strength to fight
and stand upright
