Not 10 minutes ago someone walked up onto my porch, and right outside my bedroom window stole my windchimes from where they were hanging. I heard some movement, frantic chimeing, and then the theif must have bolted.
They weren't expensive, but they were a gift, and had sentimental value. I am bloody livid - I was awake and sitting right by the damn window when it happened. If the blinds hadn't been drawn for sleeping I would have seen them.
Last year in September someone stole $800 worth of my beaded jewelry while I was on campus at Trent. Peterborough is a good looking city - it's a damn shame it's full of fucking theieves.
I am getting really sick about talking to The Morrigan about stuff like this....

You know why they steal right? Most of the kids have money in that area, and don't steal because they are hungry, like I did when I was 12. No, they steal because they are selfish and empty. It's rather sad.
