witchscauldronIt's wretched hot here. Steamy, even. Bleh. I know we're sort of kind of expecting storms today, but I am impatient and can't wait...so I've been a-conjuring. Pretty rare for me lately, but should go ok. At any rate, as long as it cools off I'm happy.
I really wish I had a body of water to get into. Even a bathtub.
Mm. Janis made me a gorgeous lab necklace with iolite and peridot, and the colour is most excellent. It matches all the greens I wear, and I wear it a fair bit these days. :)
Brandon is swinging by this afternoon to dye his hair again. Should stay in a little longer this time, I hope. :)
My poor kitties are so hot. I wish I could cool them off some. Mealla's kitten has been named Felix - hope he's a lucky kitty for Rose, who's taking him. He's got his eyes open now and got out of the box this morning...little bugger. :) He has Mealla's squished little face.
I like working conventions. I'm going to put a business plan together for my Dad, get some money to get some good supplies in Michigan and at the Gemboree in August, and do a couple craft shows in the fall. I'm thinking about the cons I want to try...I know nothing of sci-fi cons, even though I know there's a bunch in Toronto in the year. I'm interested in Anime North next year, SorceryCon and the other pagan con that's in Michigan....C-ACE, I might brave Anthrocon next summer, and I'd like to vend at a pagan festival next summer too. If I can find out how much it'll be I might look at Harvestfest here in Ontario as well. :)
Gotta paint those plates for Hastings really soon. Should think about what I'm going to be doing with Justin tommorow too. :) Take care - don't melt.
