witchscauldronDAMN I love this song. Always makes me dance. Of course, now when I dance my pants fall off because all my clothes are too big, but oh well. I can happy dance naked just as easily. >:D
I'm still really excited about the werefaire idea. I want it to work SO badly. I don't know why...but I'm getting that same sort of Call I got with my trip in the spring. This thing needs to work, and I need to go, for whatever reason.
I just see so much potential in this. There's already sort of a hazy light in my mind around the idea - a glow of positive energy. There's something healing about it.
I have this image, too, of a shifter's circle - Avians calling the East Wind, Cats and Dragons and Reptiles the South Wind, Otters, Sea Critters, and Coyotes the West Wind, and Bears and Wolves the North Wind....
Calling with voices and energy...a huge cairn pile altar covered in personal offerings, a banner of the camp symbol...and then after the directions are addressed, a massive drumming circle with tribal chants and weres dancing to the stars late into the night. Sparks rising. Raising good energy, honouring ourselves and our community, and giving that energy good use as a unifying and healing force.
Zion won't have anything on us. ;)I just hope this isn't just another one of my visions doomed to fail.
