Serendipity...

Heh. Was a crazy day. Woke up with a very bad headache, verging to migraine status, and it was super humid hot this morning. I had to go to the bank, didn't want to, so I avoided it, and painted some. I was in a pretty messed up mood. Then Jeff volunteered to run about with me, so we went.

On our way to the bank I found another crow feather. :) It was very nice; cheered me up a bit. I had been feeling very depressed through most of the day. It was getting rather black, so we scurried up to the Chinese grocery and picked up some stuff, and then dropped off a snack and some juice to Jason at work.

In the morning I had done a offering to the storm spirits for rain; the taper candle burned completely down to a puddle of wax in like, 20 minutes. I should have guess that meant "Hella big storm". Gotta be careful what you ask for. Heh. We got a whopper of a thunderstorm, great big wall clouds, and downbursts, lightning-struck trees and flooding. Jeff and I were walking back to the car when it started - we got soaked! It was wild. We were gonna have lunch out, but ended up at his place for hot tea and ramen noodles - we were freezing. Still, it was nice to get some rain, if not having to wring out one's clothes.

We did some shopping, brought dinner home...yadda yadda. It's AD&D night here, so I won't be online tonight until later, if then. My mood is much better than it was, at least. Heh. I won't have any money for my Tribe gathering now, having spent it on important things like food and keeping the house clean for guests, but the love and company of my tribemates is all I require! :)

And MAII - babe, I'm sorry to hear you had a shitty day. :( *HUGS* People suck. Hang in there - I luvs ya.

Awesome. We need some storms here soon. Maybe they will move on down to here soon.
Oh, I meant to tell you that I found a blue jay feather the other morning on my way to work. Made me happy ^_^
