Bah. I've never paid a psychic for anything, although I am occasionally tempted to for shits and giggles. I have a tendency to 'block' other people very hard if I'm skeptical, though. So I don't waste my money or their time - and I really do think most professional readers out there are con artists. I also figure I have enough of my own 'psychic' nonsense to not want to deal with anyone else, especially a stranger giving me a cold reading trying to winkle details about my life from me with vague questions and statements.
So no. If someone else told me to stay home, I probably wouldn't. If my own intuition came up, I might.
