Some days are in sharp focus, small details, working down the list. if it isn't right in front of me I wouldn't see it at all. I am productive, and get things done. High-powered lens, tiny scope.

Some days are so wide-angle. The whole horizon is in front of me, but the edges are blurred. I see everything, but most of it is indistinct, and difficult to grasp fully. The edges are lost to haze, a soft mix of colours and light and darkness. Massive scale, lack of detail.

Today is a wide-angle day. Wide-angle days hurt my brain.
