witchscauldronRULES: Each player of this game starts off with 10 weird things/habits/little known facts about yourself. I'm not tagging anyone, but do it if you want to.
1. I am allergic to the cold, the same as my father. I will break out into hives in any temperature between 0 and -10. It is very itchy, and annoying.
2. I build my own mental table of correspondances for my friends; I tend to remember minute details about their likes and dislikes, and begin to ascribe to them certain elements, colours, seasons, sounds, and the like. It's very hard to break those associations in my mind once they are built-up enough.
3. I can only wear cotton socks. Socks with fiber blends make my feet peel.
4. I am the shortest of my siblings. The boys are 6'2", 6'3", and 6'5", respectively.
5. I like cars - but mostly older cars. I want a Dodge Charger, or a Plymouth Barracuda. British Racing Green is my favorite paint colour. If I didn't think that it would finish damaging my brain, I'd paint cars for a living happily.
6. I am extraordinarily picky about the way I dress. I will not wear any kind of label, for any company, and I prefer dark, solid colours. I commonly appear in simply pants,a t-shirt, and a sweater - I prefer comfort over form. And yet, I do like to dress up sometimes, and not only do I wear makeup, I am fairly particular about and skilled in its application. I might be lazy most days, but there's still a goth under the pyjama pants. Mind you, I hate lace and frills, victoriana, and that ripped-torn-too-much-cheap-vinyl look, so I don't know if what I consider goth is even close anymore.
7. I dislike heights intensely. For this reason I do not climb ladders, look off balconies, or have any desire at all to visit mountains. Yet I love rollercoasters.
8. I have to have my feet touching the floor most of the time. I panic when people lean on the back of any chair I'm sitting on, or try to pick me up off the floor. I can't go swimming where I can't touch the bottom, either. The only exception to this is I do tend to sit cross-legged in my office-chair here at my desk.
9. My middle name is Rose. I don't know why.
10. I cannot drink warm water. I need at least 8 ice cubes in my glass to be happy, and my water must be teeth-achingly cold, year round, or I can't drink it.
