witchscauldronStill not feeling...right. Abnormally growly today, even for me. Took a bunch of stuff apart today. Might put it back together differently. Constructive destruction.
My Livejournal is now feeling my insomnia and angst and hungry black birds that talk to me in my mind.

It's glass, silver, and blue quartz. Blue quartz is associated with the throat chakra, and is good for clearing the mind, and reducing stubbornness. It's also fairly calm, as stones go, and is good for finding peaceful space, and meditation. It can act as an aid to communication between the upper and lower chakras.
