Ugh. Witchvox.com used to have standards. Now for yet another week I find another ridiculous article - http://www.witchvox.com/va/dt_va.html?a=roxx&c=words&id=10225 - and wince.

Quote:
"Now most Witches will agree that salt will counter negative energies depending on how it is used. And now you can understand why the oceans and some seas are salt water. Without the salt in such a vast amount of the waters energies would be so intense that we would not survive."

WTF??

I'll join that WTF and raise with "Wow." So if we're bent on world domination we should just remove the salt content from the oceans? No prob, I'll get right on that...

I hate to admit this, but I've all but given up reading Witchvox because of crap like that.

The one that clinched it for me was the Oathbreaker going on and writing about how we all needed to pay our pagan clergy...pay him, he meant.

Yuck

I agree, darlin.
WTF!!!!
One day you’ll walk the world
and keep in mind
The heart you’ve been given
in winter time
And through the bitter cold,
with opened eyes
You’ll find the strength to fight
and stand upright
