A very big thank you to everyone re: my healing request -

I am feeling better - my perma-headache is gone, my stomach has stopped trying to kill me, and I have a bit more energy.

Whatever you're doing, it's working. If you're one of the self-flaggelants, tho...well, at least take a break sometime. ^_-
