The Other Shoe.
Heh. I'm waiting for it. You know...that ominous feeling that you've forgotten something, that something's terribly wrong even though it maybe shouldn't be? The other shoe...
It's just after 5 AM. I've been up for 45 minutes now. Too hot to sleep in the bedroom - what's with this damn weather anyway?? Too frickin' hot by far. I'm loving the A/C again, and waiting for Wednesday and the return of sane temperatures.
I still don't know if I'll be online after today. Part of that ominous "other shoe" feeling is coming from that. We'll see - if I'm not, I'll suck it up and do what I need to to get back online. If I am...well, fate was kind. In the meantime heat and jangling nerves are keeping me awake...I really would like to be asleep again. Maybe soon.
