Bloom.

Going for a flower walk today. The lilacs and apple trees have finally opened up, and I SO want to cover my altars in petals and blooms. :D I love this time of year. Over a few blocks a young oak tree had the ~*cutest*~ little leaves unfolding. :) So unbearably cute. I was squealing in delight. Don't do that often.

Mmm. I'm making beads today - trying out some Egyptian themed stuff, since I know a few Kemetic pagans. mm. The little scarab beads are adorable. Gonna try to find a hippo to work with next, and maybe try incising a Sekhmet bead too. Mm. Blue and gold scarabs are so fun. :)

Edit: Not a totally wasted effort. Tons of cute lil' scarabs now, and a nifty, if not somewhat baroque-edged Sekhmet. Both beads around 1" tall.



Mm. Sewing a button onto a pouch at the moment. I may make more pouches today as well. Whee. Now if only I could decide what the hell to do with these wands... >_<
