Frustrated.
Oct. 22nd, 2003 12:38 amI'm very annoyed. Apparently the company that hosts my website decided to move everything onto new servers...which is great, except there was no email announcement of this or anything, and there are tons of problems. Like...for example...my whole damn domain is gone. I doesn't exist online.
It was fine earlier today - I uploaded a few files, frigged around, and then BANG! I am an internet ghost. :\ I have a whole new set of graphics to load up and apply to my one site, too.
There's no way to contact their support. There's no way of knowing when it'll be back up. I can't get or send any of my email. And the whole situation has irked me immensely. I have always liked the company before this, but the whole concept that they would do something major like this and NOT send out even one email announcing it pisses me off! I know that they have chosen instead to post their announcements in the billing section, but they have always been very few and very far between and I don't often go to their site, log in, and look for new ones. And now that I would like to see if they announced this move there, I can't log in - that part of their site is down.
The status indicators on their site also say that the servers are running hunky-dory no problems...so where the hell is my frickin' domain?
I feel naked. >_<
